Experience how horses can help heal and body, mind and spirit
For the past five years, our programs have served people in our community with a diverse range of special physical or emotional needs. Our PATH-certified instructors put together classes for both adults and children that are tailored to each person's needs and abilities. Some of our participants may choose to work with horses on the ground, while others will learn riding skills.
All of our classes are designed with safety in mind and to build confidence and a sense of achievement, regardless of the level of each participant.
We limit our group size to four participants, so everyone can get the attention they deserve, and try to ensure that class members work with the same horse for their whole session, so that a special bond can develop between horse and rider.
Our 2019 Program will be accepting applications in early May. If you would like an application please click the “Contact Us” link and provide your name, phone number and address. Tentative dates for summer riding classes are June 25th, July 2nd, 9th, 16th, 30th and August 13th, 20th and 27th.
Participants, or their caregivers are required to complete an application and sign a release form to take part in our activities. If you are interested in participating, please contact us and we'll be in touch to discuss your needs and suitability for our programs.
